User-Submitted Content

When you submit a review or other content, you grant DriveInGuide a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the site. You retain ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

Theater Submissions

Submitting a theater through the Add Your Theater form does not guarantee a listing. We review every submission and may decline to list a theater for any reason. Theater listings are provided free of charge and may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep theater information accurate but cannot guarantee it. Drive-in theaters frequently change hours, prices, seasons, and status. DriveInGuide is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate information.

Intellectual Property

All site content, design, and code — except user-submitted content — is owned by DriveInGuide. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the site without written permission.
